I love to read. My favourite Shakespearean play has always been A Midsummer Night’s Dream. The comedy is set in a woodland forest filled with fairies. Themes of enchantment, love, weddings and mischief run throughout the story.
A whimsical bride could pull this literary theme off for a mehndi or a shaadi. Just add lush green decor, interesting lighting, floral bridal accessories, curls and fairy wings! I wish I had thought of this for my own wedding!
For the purposes of this blog, I’ve grouped two inspiration boards by colour. In reality, I think the best overall “woodland forest” look would result from a mix of both boards, using green, pink, purple and brown.
