Washington D.C. Fusion Wedding: Samir and Dale

Get ready for two handsome grooms, a fresh colour palette, and incredibly elegant decor.

The dashing Samir and Dale, originally from Georgia, got married last year at the Washington Ethical Society.  It is clear that their families and friends love them a lot. Many wedding guests came all the way from India to attend!

These photos by the beautiful Jessie Mary Photography are a blogger’s dream come true, as every shot is spot on.  She expertly captured the emotions, the details, the cute kids, and the storytelling aspects.  I adore these photos and hope you do too. Enjoy!

The fresh blue and white colour palette was carried over from the ceremony to the reception.  I love that the mandap, reception stage, centrepieces and details are clean, classy, understated but effective – my favourite style!

Thank you Jessie Mary Photography for the perfect submission (via Two Bright Lights). Congratulations Samir and Dale on your beautiful wedding and lots of well wishes for your marriage!

This draws my special feature on same-sex Indian weddings to a close.  I would love to publish more, so please submit to your heart’s content.:)
